Deliver your note to Rolan Tamula. You can find him in the druid guild which is located to the south side of the park.
To get to the park, just take the road from west gate straight. You will run into the park. The druid guild is in the SE corner of the park.
Rolan is located straight from the entrance to the guild, standing by the wall.
