There is a note in your inventory. Deliver this note to Sinastin Aspinleaf in Night Harbor to begin your association with the Lamplighters. You can find the Illuminator’s in the SW corner of the market. You can see Sinastin up in a window if you look closely. Just run around the back of that building to the east and you’ll see a sign.
